SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

01 HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

For shipping within the continental US, we offer UPS Ground and UPS Next Day Air. Rates vary depending on destination and weight. Please see the cart for shipping charges before checking out.

02 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

Rates are based on weight, and country and are automatically updated for your convenience. We offer International shipping from our partners at BorderGuru. The shipping fees happily include all import duties and fees so there will be no surprise costs once the package hits your doorstep. This allows us to expedite your shipment and keep costs to a minimum.

03 CAN I REMOVE/ADD/CHANGE ITEMS IN AN EXISTING ORDER?

If you email us prior to your order having been shipped out we're more than happy to help you out. If we've already shipped out your order just get in touch and we'll figure out what we can do, which may involve you needing to ship back the order once you receive it. Just be aware that we do not cover return shipping. Please contact support@banksjournal.com if you have any questions.

04 CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

We usually ship our orders out same day, but please get in contact with us at support@banksjournal.com if you'd wish to cancel your order and we'll see what we can do.

05 CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Please allow 2-3 business days (excluding weekends & holidays) for processing before your order ships from our warehouse. Delivery time begins calculating once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note all shipping carriers are currently experiencing extended delivery and transit delays. Banks Journal cannot guarantee delivery dates or transit times. We are not liable for any lost, missing, or stolen packages.

06 HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing before your order ships from our warehouse. We do not ship on weekends or holidays, so if you place your order over the weekend, it will be processed the following business day. 07 THE TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED, WHERE IS MY ORDER?

The courier will generally leave your order at the front door, letterbox, or mailroom. If you are not able to locate your package, please check the general surrounding area, as sometimes packages are concealed from the public. Please also check with members of your household, neighbors, or if you are in a building, your mailroom attendant/management. Banks Journal is not liable if parcels are lost, stolen, or delivered to the incorrect address by the courier. However, on a case-by-case basis, we will strive to help the best we can. If you feel that your address is unsafe, we recommend shipping your order to an alternate address, such as your workplace.

RETURNS

01 WHAT IS BANKS' RETURN POLICY?

If you’re unhappy with your purchase, we will find a solution for you. Most of our products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving. We will pay for the return shipping if you’re in the US.

Refund and exchange must be made within 14 days of receiving the items (unless you purchase extended return with Seel Return Assurance). For orders with Seel Return Assurance, please contact support@banksjournal.com

Items must NOT be WORN, ALTERED, DAMAGED or WASHED.

Items must have tags attached to be returnable.

*At this time we do not accept in-store returns or exchanges of items purchased online.

Please include the original packing slip with the returned item and please ensure your order number and name are clearly printed.

If the above conditions are met, you will be refunded in the original payment method or store credit (for returns), or you will receive full exchange value (for exchange). Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.

RETURN SHIPPING FEE:

US Shipping: We will provide free return shipping label (there will be a handling fee).

International Shipping: You have pay to for all return shipping expenses. For more details, please contact support@banksjournal.com.

Exclusion: All items that are not Bank Journal are final sales and cannot be returned.

02 WHAT IF I HAVE MOVED, CHANGED OR ENTERED THE INCORRECT ADDRESS?

We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order or if you have moved. Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalized, please use our contact form for Customer Service immediately.

In the case that your order is processed and cannot be updated, please use our contact form.

03 WHAT IS BANKS’ EXCHANGE POLICY?

Our exchange policy is same with our return policy above. Please see our returns section for instructions or reach out to support@banksjournal.com for assistance.

04 CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE A SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEM?

We do not offer returns, refunds, store credits or exchanges on any sale or discounted items unless faulty. However, if you purchase Seel Return Assurance at check out, it gives you the option to return final sale items and extend the return period for eligible full-price items. 05 WHAT IS BANKS WARRANTY POLICY?

  • Banks Journal is not liable for products purchased from any third-party retailer. We cannot provide returns, exchanges, or replacements for items not purchased directly from our online store or retail store located at the Row in DTLA.
  • If you purchased an item from our online store that is damaged or defective, please submit a contact form on the support page. Please be advised, all damages must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order in order to be eligible to receive a replacement or refund. Items must not be washed or worn.
  • We do not currently offer repairs.
  • Third-party items (non-Banks Journal items) purchased from our online store or retail store are final sale, and are not elligle for return, exchange, or refund.

06 LOYALTY & REWARDS FAQ

  • Points cannot be redeemed or applied to orders that have already been processed. If you forget to use points on a new order, we are not able to retroactively apply the discount after the order has been placed. Points can only be redeemed at checkout.
  • Points cannot be used towards the purchase of gift cards.
  • Points accumulated on different accounts may not be combined or transferred to make purchases of products or for any other reason. Points earned in a transaction cannot be redeemed in the same transaction.
  • Points earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return, refund, or other credit will be deducted from the Member's account in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction, including bonus points. You will not receive points back to your account if a return is processed.

WE DECIDED TO PARTNER WITH SEEL SO THAT OUR CUSTOMERS CAN NOW HAVE THE OPTION TO RETURN FINAL SALE ITEMS AND EXTEND THE RETURN PERIOD FOR ELIGIBLE FULL PRICE ITEMS.
