01 How much does shipping cost?
We offer complimentary standard shipping for orders over $50 to addresses in the USA via USPS. We also offer shipping options based on package weight and shipping location from BorderGuru for international shipments. For more details on international shipments please see below.
02 International shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries, mostly in the Northern Hemisphere but there are a lucky few that we can service down in the Southern Hemisphere. Rates are based on weight, country and are automatically updated for your convenience. We offer International shipping from our partners at BorderGuru
, you'll receive it within a few days. The shipping fees happily include all import duties and fees so there will be now surprise costs once the package hits your doorstep. This allows us to expedite your shipment and keep costs to a minimum.

03 Can I remove/add/change items in an existing order?
If you email us prior to your order having been shipped out we're more than happy to help you out. If we've already shipped out your order just get in touch and we'll figure out what we can do, which may involve you needing to ship back the order once you receive it. 04 Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
We usually ship our orders out same day, but please get in contact with us at

05 Can I track my order?
You can track your order by clicking the link found in the shipping confirmation email. Please allow 1-3 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.
06 How long will it take to receive my order?
From the time of ordering, please allow up to 10 business days for processing, packing and delivery (US orders only). Most likely you will receive your order within 5 days of purchase. We only ship Monday - Friday, so if you place an order over the weekend, we'll get it out first thing Monday morning.
When placing international orders you should expect to receive the goods up to 14 business days and can be longer depending on your location.
*The delivery times provided by us are estimates only. We will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.
09 Do I need to sign for my order?
The courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox. If your parcel is lost or misplaced, we will happily replace the order pending an investigation.
If your parcel is stolen, we cannot be held accountable. Please use our contact form or contact firstname.lastname@example.org if your order has not been received within the recommended timeframe. If you will not be present to accept your delivery or you feel that your address is unsafe, we recommend shipping your order to an alternate address, such as your work place.
01 What is Banks' Return policy?
Refund must be made within 14 days.
Items must NOT be WORN, ALTERED, DAMAGED or WASHED.
Items must have tags attached to be returnable.
Please be sure to include a reason for the return in your package and further instructions if necessary. In order for us to process your return in a timely manner please send the tracking number via email@example.com
If the above conditions are met, and the item is in perfect resalable condition, you can return regular priced merchandise within 14 business days from the day your receive the goods for a full refund or exchange. We will not assume responsibility for misdirected, lost or damaged return shipments.
The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping fee.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
02 What if I have moved, changed or entered the incorrect address?
We cannot be held responsible for an incorrect address being entered on your order or if you have moved. Address Confirmation is given on the review & buy page in the checkout section of the site. If this is not noticed until after your order is finalized, please use our contact form for Customer Service immediately.

03 What is Banks’ exchange policy?
