For many of us who are stuck at home, the temptation to eat more than we need (usually out of boredom) is getting a lot easier as these quarantine days are getting on. How much food are you eating each day and is it the right amount for your goals? We all know that some people eat too much, but many, especially really active people, can also be eating too little.

How are you eating each day and are you slowing down to enjoy your food mindfully? Our eating environment can really affect the effectiveness of our digestion. Make sure to breath between bites, chew your food, don’t be eating every meal on the go. Give your body the chance to rest and digest and you will get more nutrition out of your meals.

Why are you eating each day and are you eating when you are truly physically hungry? Or are you eating out of habit or boredom or a combination of both...
